With over a decade of combined experience across some of Auckland’s well-regarded restaurants and cafés, the duo have poured their passion and knowledge into creating a space that feels genuine and connected. Gloria brings a strong background in hospitality leadership, with early experience with a deep commitment to restaurant-level customer service and as a certified sommelier. Known for her warm, energetic presence, she leads her Front of House team with both genuine care and professionalism.

Logan’s journey began in the early 2010s as a kitchen assistant at the iconic O’Connell St Bistro. Over the years, he moved into senior chef roles at renowned venues such as Pilkingtons and The Hunting Lodge. For the past six years, he has served as executive chef across several successful cafés and eateries in Auckland. His commitment to seasonal flavours and quality-driven dishes is at the heart of everything we serve at Kinfolk.
